My friend Lori (who I used to take dance class with when we were 6), is an avid runner and very much into health and fitness. Anything she suggests, I go out and get. I trust her opinion and appreciate her tips and tricks. She does serious research on what’s healthy and good for you, and today she emailed about these different kinds of chips from "Foods Should Taste Good". Lor loves them as you can see from her email below. Now I have to try them.

They come in multigrain, olive, jalapeno, chocolate, buffalo, sweet potato and the works. It’s a all natural Tortilla chip and it’s a cracker too! It’s gluten free, has fiber, low sodium, no trans fat and no cholesterol
Check out the website foodsshouldtastegood.com and read a little about it and where you can get them…I think you will enjoy them a lot they say. "that "OU" is the certification symbol granted FOODSHOULDTASTEGOOD‚Ñ¢
by the Orthodox Union, which is the largest Kosher Certification
Organization and universally recognized and respected as the Good
    Housekeeping Seal of Approval.
Take a look, I ate the multigrain so far and fell in love with it!

I know you are into health so this may be good for you.
I hope all is well Lisa!  Love your site!

    XO
