Don't be jealous that I have an entire box of these delicious, low cal, low fat, fluffy, honey crisps all to myself. I am so excited we're stocked up now. Our friend Kevin turned us on to these tasty little snacks last week (see post Friday's below). No, they are definitely not a rice cake. Don't think for one minute they taste like cardboard. Definitely not. They are big round honey crisps that are awesome alone or with a topping. For me personally, I like spreading sugar-free preserves on them, but hey, to each their own. Go nuts. The options are endless. Oh, and did I mention that 7 crisps are only 110 calories, 1g fat, 4g fiber, 3g protein. This is what you call no guilt snacking folks!

Another one of my diet staples is dark chocolate. I have to have a piece after dinner. So gooood!! I found the Russell Stover sugar free 60% cacao dark raspberry souffle chocolates (50 cal each) at Walgreens. They also sell it at Giant. Be on the lookout though, as they are hard to find.
