Another Trend Show has come and gone (tear.) Danielle and I were up at the crack of dawn, and on our way to KOP at 7am this morning. We got to Nordies around 7:30, rushed to snag seats in the 4th row, got our breakfast and coffee and settled in for our favorite event of the spring! So fun! This spring it’s all about bright vibrant colors. Coral is one of the big stand outs, and just so happens to be my favorite color at the moment. I’m crazy for coral!

Look at this! Six hundred women getting their beauty fix on before 8am! My kind of crowd!!

We met Jarvis from Laura Mercier. He was a doll and hooked us up with lots of goodies from Laura Mercier. Thanks Jarv!

    Me and Danni

I think I’ve found my new mascara! You know I love Bobbi Brown, but after using it for so long, I’ve been looking to switch things up. I’ve read in a million magazines that Khloe Kardashian swears by Lancome’s Hypnose mascara. I had to try this stuff for myself. Long story short, after applying one coat, I was sold. I actually ended up getting the Hypnose, Hypnose drama, Cils Booster xl lash primer, and a lipstick. I used my $15 coupon and the grand total for everything was $34! Can’t beat that.

my new magical mascara thx to Khloe

I’m impressed with this Hypnose business.

After our hour long chat with Lancome’s head representative, Robin, Dan and I made our way over to my second favorite place in the world, MAC. I was in dire need of another tube of concealer and a re-stock on my favorite minerialize foundation.

    mad for mac!

A mall trip wouldn’t be complete without making stops into Forever 21, H&M and A Pea in the Pod. I made out pretty well at all three stores. I lucked out only one maternity top, in you guessed it…the color coral.

It’s hard to believe that I’ll be a “mom” at the next (Fall) Trend Show. Little Zach will be 2 months old! I’ve already made Stu well aware that he’s on baby duty that day :0)

So that was my day (so far.) We’re taking a ride over to Princeton now to “test push” BOB joggers, woo hoo!

    Have a great Saturday!

Now we can look just like Jillian!!

Have you downloaded her latest set of podcasts yet? If not, you MUST! They are fantastic! You can get them on itunes. I’m so glad my girl got back into doing them because she makes my train ride much more enjoyable (and bearable.)

I have to admit, Jillian’s K-Swiss clothing line is pretty darn cute. Post pregnancy, I’m all over this Flash Dance hoodie. Adorbs! You can purchase Jillian’s clothing line through Amazon or at Nordstrom. How convenient seeing how I’ll be at Nordies tomorrow for the Spring Trend Show :0) Who’s going??

Let’s take a gander of some of JM’s cute pieces, shall we?

Flash Dance Hoodie $88 (I think I’ll use my Nordstrom note on this.)

I must have this hoodie. MUST!

    Favorite pant $68

    Sexy bra $5o

    Gym short $50

    Life is Henley $50

    Slim hoody $88

Got anything special going on this weekend??

Dinner tonight, Trend show at Nordies tomorrow and The March For Babies on Sunday!

    Truth.

Thought I’d give the leggings a break today and reach show my skinnies some love.

pregnancy friendy because they're so stretchy.

What’s your favorite brand of jeans?

Besides my coh maternity jeans, I love my Gap and American Eagle skinnies. Since they sit below my ever expanding waist/belly, (shout out to the low rise fit,) I’m really comfortable in them. Side note: I ordered each pair a size bigger to ensure longevity throughout the next 3 months, cause I’m smart like that ;0)

Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday!

    Hey friend!

I started today out doing something I haven’t done in a long time- an hour on the elliptical. I’ve been so caught up in spin, that I’ve been ignoring my elliptical. It was feeling neglected so I figured I’d give it some extra tlc today. I had planned on going to the 6:15 spin class tonight, but I know me, after a long week of commuting into NY, the last thing I want to do on a Friday night is spin. At least now my cardio is done for the day and I can enjoy my Friday evening. We’re having din with our friend’s Eddie and Michelle at a cute little vegetarian restaurant called Cafe Galleria in Lambertville, NJ. I’d love for us to snag a table outside and eat under the stars tonight.

Who’s tuned into this Royal Wedding? An estimated 2 billion people are expected to watch! I had it on in the background this morning while I was making breakfast, but I didn’t watch during my cardio sesh.
