I cried like
an emotional pregnant chick baby.
Rest day today. Had no desire to sweat, so I didn’t.
Breakfast- chocolate almond milk (100 cals), short stack blueberry pancakes, small glass oj.
Lunch- mini babybel cheese (60 cals, ) apple, 100 cal bag popcorn. Drank 1/2 can diet birch beer.
Dinner- We went to Oishi for sushi. Yum! Started with a side salad, followed by 2 brown rice rolls- Boston roll and California roll. Spicy mayo on side.
Dessert: small cup fat free yogurt with sprinkles.
We had our pregnancy photo sesh earlier tonight. Can’t wait to show you the pic’s.
I’m still sleepy from our big Brit extravaganza last night. She was PHENOM! I think that was my 4th or 5th time seeing her. As far back as I can remember, every one of her shows have been killer. I’ve always left the venue raving about how awesome she was. Last night’s show was no different. Say what you want about Britney, but she’s still got it. She even sang live on a few songs. I know! I couldn’t believe it either. Everything about her show was great- the production, her costumes, the TIME. She went on at 9:15 and finished around 10:45. It was the perfect length. I was getting hot, so we left before her encore. I’m sorry I missed it, but I was seriously sweating like a pig. AC would of been nice. Weird to think that that was my last concert before Zach. I feel so old.
SICK SHOW. SICK SET. SICK BOD.
Speaking of bods, check out the 82 lb. watermelon I’m carrying. My belly is bigger than ever! Zach thoroughly enjoyed the show too. He was kicking the entire time.
Go see her if you can. You will not regret it.
I suck because I have no actual concert pic’s to post. Sorry. I need a new point and shoot. Danielle was snapping away, so once she emails me her pic’s, I’ll post them.

This morning I took a 45 mn spinning class. Lifted weights for 15 mns after.
Pre-spin- 2 slices weight watchers rye toast with peanut butter and sliced banana. I cup chocolate almond milk.
Lunch: veggie and cheese whole wheat hoagie from Wawa. I had to eat this in my car as I was pressed for time. Talk about a messy sub. I had lettuce straws and mayo all over me. Ugh. Still good though. Coke zero was my choice of beverage.

Mid-day snack- .5c trail mix
Dinner: Danielle and I went to our favorite Greek restaurant, Canal Street Grill before the Britney show. I got a large Greek salad with a crumbled veggie burger on top. O&V on side. Ate a whole what pita with salad too. Drank a diet coke.
