Ahhh, I love me some Friday action!

Thank GAWD we don’t live in the NE anymore. I would DIE if this is what our weekend looked like. #Ewwww.

    Moving on. I’m still pregnant.

Secondly, after three yrs of going without, I broke out a tan towel. I forgot how good these work.

Thirdly, since I’m so close to giving birth I’m dunzo with decaf and allowing myself regular coffee.

While at Target yesterday, I had no choice but to buy these cutesy little hair bows for baby A. Her dresser is starting to overflow with hair accessories. I wouldn’t have it any other way :0)

Zach was digging his new frog friend.

We were in the V-day section getting bags of conversation hearts for his class next week.

Oh, and Z’s art wall is filling up fast. I loooooove it.

Our fridge is on the other side of this wall, and ya know what’s chilling in there waiting for me to drink (post baby?)

    Damn strait.

Speaking of drinks, Zach is not a fan of sonic’s diet cherry limeade like his mom and dad. As my husband says “Soda is an acquired taste.” Apparently, it’s not for everyone.

We’ve got a busy weekend ahead. Tonight, me and five of my girlfriends are meeting up for a yummy dinner at a fabulous restaurant called Sfuzzi. Seriously good eats.

Tomorrow is Stu’s birthday. He’s getting old…37. Damn. Ha. We’re doing a maternity photo sesh (nothing like waiting until my 39th week,) mid-morning, than I’m on the air 2-6 and later in the evening, dinner at the Mexican restaurant of Stu’s choice. I better pony up and get used to the fact that I’ll be eating a cheese enchilada or something along those lines.

Sunday, the last piece of Ainslee’s furniture is getting moved in. Her glider and ottoman came last week! Her room is 99% complete. All that’s left for us to do is hang her initial monogrammed wall decals up. I will post final pics of her nursery next week. Sunday night Michelle, Cynthia and I are taking another glorious painting class at Painting With a Twist. Check out the bad ass painting we’re gonna tackle.

My mom is flying down Thursday and MIL will be here next Saturday. I hope A stays put until they arrive.

Oh, and if you want to stay updated with our baby news, follow me on twitter. In all seriousness, once we head to the hospital, it’ll be a few weeks before I even look at this blog. Twitter is easier and I’ll be on that the most, facebook is second.

Crap, today is Tuesday. I’m not happy because my sister is flying back to Boston later today. This blows.

We’ve had non-stop fun/sister time since Lindsay’s been in town. She’s lovin’ Dallas so far! Speaking of which, I was thrilled to see that Dallas/Fort Worth is the #2 city for relocating. #Boom #WhatAreYouWaitingFor

“Reasonable housing prices, ample job opportunities and pleasant weather continue to draw new residents to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Enjoy the classic, Texas-style fun, like rodeos, along with fast-paced thrills at the Texas Motor Speedway and Six Flags Over Texas amusement park. Even with all the nightlife, shopping and entertainment that residents enjoy, home prices remain reasonable — the median home sale price is $61,000.”

I’m 38 weeks pregnant already! Time is ticking. I can’t wait to meet my little girl and not have to to pee every 27 mins.

    I love my outie :0)

I really don’t think A is coming this week. In a perfect world, I’d love for her to make her debut once my mom gets here (2/14.) God makes the call though. Just gotta have….

I can’t stop adding to her closet :0)

    We’re filling it up.

In Zach Attack news, he was very excited to be going to school today. He loves it!

Stu’s birthday is this Saturday. For once in my life, I’m done shopping for him and all his gifts are wrapped. #Nesting.

    Have a great day!

Good morning my friend! Happy happy Saturday!!!

There’s nothing better than waking up to the sun peering through my window. It automatically puts a smile on my face :0) My sister is flying in this morning around 10:30, so that sorta helps too. Lindsay has never been anywhere to Texas. I can’t wait for her to move get here. I hope, hope, HOPE she loves it.

Last night my friend Lindsey and I attended “Generate,” a night of worship at our church. It. Was. Spectacular. I could feel God’s presence in the room.

As we praised him, I couldn’t help but rub my belly and continuously thank him for blessing us with Ainslee. To this day, I still get chills thinking about my testimony. #MiraclesDoHappen.

It was a totally uplifting night to say the least.

Earlier yesterday while I was at work in Dallas, at the last minute I decided  to hit up Buy Buy Baby . Okay, yeah, it’s  much better than Babies R Us in my opinion. There is so much more of a selection to choose from, a lot more product variety and the baby clothes are waaay cuter.

Case in point. Ainslee’s Easter outfit. Looks pricey doesn’t it? Umm, it was $14.99!!!

Soothies, an Elmo sippy cup, car seat rattles, a jelly ball and this insert for our mamaroo were a few of my purchases.

I am so happy to have found this insert because when Zach was a newborn he couldn’t fit in the Mamaroo. Poor baby was to small. This time around I’ll be prepared so Ainslee can enjoy the “car ride.”

I’m sure with my sister being down here (til Tuesday) we’ll do some more shopping. I’ll let you know if we find anything good. Have an awesome weekend!

    I’m out.
