Hi Gorgeous! How are YOU?? Me? I’m well, thank you!

It was a flowery kind of day.

I was feelin’ these babies. Not bad for $15. Even though it’s hot as hell down here, I can’t shake my love for all things pumpkin fall.

After I dropped Z off at pre-school this morning, I went for a run. It’s so ridiculously hot at 9am. I feel like such a slug. I can’t wait until we “fall” back in November so I can just get up at the ass crack and run at 5:30a before Stu leaves for work.

Good thing I don’t have these s’mores candy corns laying around. My runs would be a waste of time.

Be warned, endless bags of candy corn can be found on the aisle caps by the check out lines at Target. Ya know, for the convenience.

Anyway, Ainslee’s little backpack came yesterday. I love how it tuned out. Zach’s is on back order until Oct 1st. I bought this bag on, btw.

If you follow me on instagram, sorry for the photo repeats.

My veggie stuffed peppers are in the slow cooker and will be done soon. I’m into eating early because I’m 77 these days.

Hope everyone had a great Thursday. My friend Sarah and I are going to see Miranda Lambert tomorrow night.

We went last year too. Gosh, Miss Miranda is awesome live! We just love her.

Okay doll- gots to go. Have a great night!

    Wow. It sure has.

How the hell are ya? I honestly have no idea where even to begin. I’m thinking you should email me some questions. You down? Send them to I’ll wait a few days to collect them and than rail off my answers later this week.

Life with two little ones is hectic, crazy, chaotic. Having two under two is hard work. It’s a balancing act to say the least. When they cry at once I always ask myself “who’s the priority here?” I mean, when Ainslee cries it’s because she’s either hungry or pooped. Who wouldn’t cry over that? If she’s in tears, sometimes Zach will cry because I had to stop playing cars with him for 3 mns to change her, feed her, etc.) It’s not always a mad house around here. You know me and routines. If there is one thing I pride myself on, it’s schedules and a solid routine. I live for that shit. Naps at the same time? Check. In bed by 9 (not me, Zach,) Check. Spinning on Wednesday night’s at 6:30; check! I’m not gonna lie and say I do it all on my own. Stu works a ton of hours and has been traveling entirely too much a lot. Cindy is our babysitter. Thank the Lawd for Cindy! She comes during the week (#sorrybutImnotsorry) and is a huge help. With her here I know the kids are in good hands. I can dip out for a few hours to do errands, go for a run/spinning class, have a lunch date, work, or whatever else I want/need to do. By the time I get home I can focus 150% on the kids.

    Speaking of the little monsters-

Ainslee is practicing to become a synchronized swimmer :0)

And Zach is a monkey who likes climb on anything in sight.

Back in May, my sister Lindsay moved down. Woot! I love that she’s here and so do the kids. It’ll be great having her around as they grow-up. We have weekly sister dates; it could be anything from an afternoon trip to Trader Joe’s to sushi at some hole in the wall. We’re actually going out today. She’s on her way over now. We’re grabbing lunch and than some shopping. I’m in desperate need of a Gap outlet trip. And I’m running low on tarts too. Yankee Candle is a must.

    Have a great Sunday!

    Linds and me

Crap, today is Tuesday. I’m not happy because my sister is flying back to Boston later today. This blows.

We’ve had non-stop fun/sister time since Lindsay’s been in town. She’s lovin’ Dallas so far! Speaking of which, I was thrilled to see that Dallas/Fort Worth is the #2 city for relocating. #Boom #WhatAreYouWaitingFor

“Reasonable housing prices, ample job opportunities and pleasant weather continue to draw new residents to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Enjoy the classic, Texas-style fun, like rodeos, along with fast-paced thrills at the Texas Motor Speedway and Six Flags Over Texas amusement park. Even with all the nightlife, shopping and entertainment that residents enjoy, home prices remain reasonable — the median home sale price is $61,000.”

I’m 38 weeks pregnant already! Time is ticking. I can’t wait to meet my little girl and not have to to pee every 27 mins.

    I love my outie :0)

I really don’t think A is coming this week. In a perfect world, I’d love for her to make her debut once my mom gets here (2/14.) God makes the call though. Just gotta have….

I can’t stop adding to her closet :0)

    We’re filling it up.

In Zach Attack news, he was very excited to be going to school today. He loves it!

Stu’s birthday is this Saturday. For once in my life, I’m done shopping for him and all his gifts are wrapped. #Nesting.

    Have a great day!

Okay, so the election didn’t exactly go our way last night. I’d be lying if I told you that I wasn’t absolutely sick to my stomach. I can’t watch the news, read facebook or even tweet today. Ugh. I didn’t watch Romney or care to see Obama’s commencement speech last night either. Not interested. To say that I’m disappointed is an total understatement.#JustBeingHonest

That being said, I’m not going to let this bring me down. I have too much to be thankful for; a wonderful family, a loving and supportive husband, a job, an amazing circle of friends, a happy and healthy baby {plus one on the way.} Why am I getting myself worked up over something that I cannot change? I accept President Obama’s re-election and can only hope that he proves me wrong. God bless the man. Moving on.

Alright, enough with the politics. Let’s talk about the holidays! A subject that makes everyone happy, right? I’m listening to the Christmas station on pandora right now as I type this post. Christmas music always puts me in a good mood.

We’ve decided to fly up to CT/NY for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. The next couple of months are going to be a bit crazy but I’m ready for it. I can’t wait to see my family and friends.

Thanksgiving>Christmas>New Years and than miss Ainslee will arrive. NUTS!

The Dec issue of Real Simple magazine came in the mail the other day and the more I read it, the more I love it!

Zach and Stu are sleeping, the house is quiet. I like this.

    Have a great one!
