    Hey hey hey!

Now that I’ve got a new laptop, we’re back in business. My Mac book pro was on it’s last legs, so we got a Mac book Air. I wanted something lighter, and this is definitely lighter.

Today we went to a Halloween party at My Gym. As you can see, Ainslee makes a super cute strawberry. Too bad her brother wanted nothing to do with his costume. Womp Womp.

Here are some more pics of my kids from the last week.

Now that I have a new computer, I can finally get back to blogging. Woo!

    Rise and shine. It’ FRIDAY!!!!

I’m sorry y’all, but this cracked me up.

Pie and lattes, mwahahahahahhahaha!!!!! That’s a killer combo if ya ask me. Speaking of pilates, I really need to use my groupon for the 10 sessions I bought. This is the second time I’ve purchased the same deal to the same pilates studio. I never used the first one and then it expired. My latest one will expire next month. Crap, I better start pilate-ing.

Last night, in a move of desperation, I dumped the rest of the candy corn; yes, even those big-ass sugary delicious pumpkins. I can’t be temped anymore. I don’t care who you are, no one can eat just a “few” pieces of candy corn. The entire bag? Why certainly, but just a couple? Nope, impossible.

I got my reverse ombre hair done yesterday. What do you think? This was my reward for ditching those cornies, haha.  Dominique, my stylist said I’m the first client she’s had ask for the reverse look. Dom is fantastic and I’ve referred many people to her. If you live in the Dallas area and want a fab stylist that knows color, email me and I’ll give you Dom’s contact info. She truly is amaze!

Did I mention how much I love Z’s new haircut? Dom cut his locks off  Wednesday.

Zach’s doesn’t look like a baby anymore with his new do. I’ve got a big boy on my hands now. Today as we were getting out of the car he says “Mommy, I’m going to jump. Ready, set go!” I about died. He gets in and out of my car and refuses to let us help him. The little conversations he’s starting up are completely adorable. Such a fun age.

Okay one last picture, then I’ll stop.

My latest order of glow pads came yesterday. These are my holy grail. I love that the new formulation doesn’t smell.

Today is our anniversary and we’re celebrating by going to dinner at our favorite restaurant and then seeing Michael Buble tonight. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate 11 years.

I was 22 and Stu was 24 in this pic. Good lord, I am feel old.

Alright, the kiddos are up and I need a refill on my coffee.

    Have an awesome Friday!

    Well today was quite eventful.

Zach got his first real haircut. To ensure he’d get a good cut and not a bowl cut, I took him to my girl, Dominique. I brought his ipad and like a big boy, Z sat on my lap and watched Yo Gabba Gabba while Dom snipped away. I thought I’d be more emotional, but because I have so much confidence in Dominique and knowing she’d do a good job, I was at ease and peace with it all. Geesh, you’d think by reading this, someone had died. My friend Michelle was holding Ainslee there for moral support, haha. His long hair means so much to me. It’s sort of his identity in a way. I love his hair long, but honestly, I was getting sick or morons thinking he was a girl. Oh, and the fact that he was always getting food in it. Baths every other night is one thing, but every single night?? Nope, momma can’t do that. Now, we won’t have that problem anymore.

    Side view.

Me pouting as I hold a bag of his locks.

And to think, just yesterday my sweet boy looked hair gorgeous hair like this…le sigh.

In other LP news, my second stitch fix box came today. I’m keeping one top. Unfortunately, the sleeves were too long on the two other shirts and the olive-green coat they sent me was similar to one I already have. The necklace was just okay. I’ll post a pic of my new swag tomorrow when I wear it ;0)  I love stitch fix simply because of the 1) surprise and 2) the convenience. Now that I have kids, I rarely have time to go shopping for myself, let alone try stuff on. There’s no commitment with stitchfix. Sign up for one month, see how you like it, and go from there. Easy peasy.

This was my snack today. Control the drool. That would be a delicious 160 calorie double chocolate chunk quest bar warmed with two soft and fluffy marshmallows on top. Best 210 calorie treat I’ve had in a while. This picture looks so good, I pinned it.

    You’re welcome :0)

    Hey there!

Geese, glad Jenn, Colleen and I got our 4.5 miles done this morning before all of this rain. I forgot how much I loathe it. We’ve been spoiled with hot gorgeous weather for months down here. I think (w/o jinxing us) that fall is finally here. Yay! It feels so good to put on boots and wear hoodies again.

My sister is visiting today, so after we picked up Z from school, we went to Which Wich for some delicious subs.

After inhaling our sandwiches we went to Homegoods. Let it be known, that this was the first time I’ve stepped foot into a store (other than Target) with both kids. I’m normally with just one when I shop. I haven’t had the balls to take them both out together yet. I know, crazy. Since my sister was here, it was the perfect opportunity to go. She had Ainlsee in one cart and I had Zach in the other.

    We got this.

I was browsing the weight watchers message boards when I came across this crustless pumpkin pie recipe. I, for sure need to make this.

PUMPKIN PIE (86 the fatty crust.)

    15oz can pumpkin
    12oz FF evaporated milk
    1/2c egg beaters
    3/4c splenda
    2tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix until smooth and pour into Pam sprayed pie dish at 350* for 45 minutes.
Top with your fave light whipped topping

Ahh, I can’t wait until Thursday. Dominique is giving me the reverse ombre look. This is the look we’re going for.

Okay, kids are waking up. My time here is up. Have a fab night!
